Plener is the AI employee for solo creators. Describe a task once and Plener learns it in 30 seconds. The hours you save go back to the work you love.
Built for WhatsApp and email — where your customers already reach you.
plener (Polish) — outdoors. Lake, mountains, forest. Where the hours you save should go.
The story.
My wife Kinga decorates cakes for a living. She also paints custom artwork on jeans and jackets on the side. She runs both businesses alone.
Every week, six to eight hours disappear into the work nobody hires for: searching six different stores with different names for the same item, drafting reply after reply to customer inquiries, tracking who hasn't gotten back. Hours that should be designing cakes. Hours that should be hers.
I built Plener because the back-office employee my wife couldn't afford to hire is a problem an AI can actually solve now — and because she's not the only one.
Two example skills.
The ones Kinga already uses. Each one is the kind of thing Plener can be taught to do — and once taught, it runs forever.
Skill 1
Drafts replies in your voice.
Paste a customer message. Plener writes a reply that sounds like you, trained on five of your real past messages. No template. No chatbot voice.
Skill 2
Optimizes your shopping basket.
Tell Plener what you need this week. It searches your favorite shops, normalizes the names (masa Saracino = masa cukrowa Saracino), and computes the cheapest legal basket including shipping math.
And every other task: yours.
Describe a workflow you do every week — chasing ghosted clients, summarizing a delivery confirmation, sending a Monday morning rundown — in one sentence. Plener writes the code for it, validates it, and 30 seconds later it's a skill in your toolkit.
No prompts to memorize. No settings to tune. Each user ends up with a personal AI employee built around their actual workflow — not a one-size-fits-all template.
